El indicente se registr\u00f3 el pasado 26 de julio en la ciudad de\u00a0Huamachuco.<\/p>\n<p>Los imputados son Teiner Palomino Lozano, Damacio Acosta Baltazar y El\u00edas Jos\u00e9 Polo Rodr\u00edguez, quienes recibieron nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y ser\u00e1n internados en el penal El Milagro de\u00a0Trujillo.<\/p>\n<p>Como se recuerda\u00a0Escudero Juli\u00e1n cay\u00f3 desde un tercer piso\u00a0de una vivienda de la avenida Santa Ana 718 de la ciudad de\u00a0Huamachuco\u00a0cuando se encontraba junto a cuatro personas libando licor.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la audidencia realizada en la ciudad de\u00a0Huamachuco, el Ministerio P\u00fablico determin\u00f3 que tres sigan las investigaciones en prisi\u00f3n preventiva por los pr\u00f3ximos nueve meses.<\/p>\n<p>Lesly Melissa Escudero Juli\u00e1n, quien se encuentra internada en el Hospital Regional Docente de\u00a0Trujillo, declar\u00f3 que ella fue arrojada desde la ventana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Dictan nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva para tres j\u00f3venes por el presunto delito de\u00a0feminicidio\u00a0en grado de tentativa contra Lesly Melissa Escudero Juli\u00e1n.
