Por su parte, Manuel Miranda Canales y Marianella Ledesma dejaron sus cargos.<\/p>\n<p>Ernesto Blume quien fue miembro y Presidente de diversas Comisiones Consultivas entre ellas, el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Lima (Derecho Constitucional, Gobiernos Locales, Derecho Parlamentario).\u00a0 Adem\u00e1s, fue miembro del Consejo Consultivo de la Comisi\u00f3n de Constituci\u00f3n y Reglamento del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica en varios periodos, y de la Comisi\u00f3n de Estudio de las Bases de la Reforma Constitucional del Per\u00fa durante el gobierno de Transici\u00f3n del ex Presidente Constitucional de la Rep\u00fablica don Valent\u00edn Paniagua Corazao (2001).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Fue escogido como nuevo presidente del Tribunal constitucional.
