El regidor apepista de la Municipalidad Provincial de Julc\u00e1n, Roger \u00c1vila Ch\u00e1vez, denunci\u00f3 presuntos actos de corrupci\u00f3n en dicha comuna que comprometen la gesti\u00f3n del alcalde Jhon Rodr\u00edguez Espejo.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9172\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9172\" style=\"width: 549px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiolibertadmundo.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/noticia-20-2-rep-regidor-de-julcan-avila-chavez.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9172\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radiolibertadmundo.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/noticia-20-2-rep-regidor-de-julcan-avila-chavez.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"549\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.radiolibertadmundo.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/noticia-20-2-rep-regidor-de-julcan-avila-chavez.jpg 720w, http:\/\/www.radiolibertadmundo.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/noticia-20-2-rep-regidor-de-julcan-avila-chavez-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 549px) 100vw, 549px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9172\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Royer Avila &#8211; Regidor de Julc\u00e1n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00c1vila acus\u00f3 a su hom\u00f3loga de <strong>Restauraci\u00f3n Nacional<\/strong>, Luz Rodr\u00edguez G\u00f3mez, de haber contratado a su esposo para transportar los alimentos del Vaso de Leche. \u201cNo se puede contratar a familiares para beneficiarlos con dinero del Estado\u201d, indic\u00f3 el concejal apepista, asegurando que por ello ha solicitado ante el Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE) la vacancia de la citada autoridad.<\/p>\n<p>Otro asunto es la compra de un terreno multiusos, en donde seg\u00fan Roger \u00c1vila primero se ofreci\u00f3 70 mil soles, y luego en segunda escritura se subi\u00f3 a 120 mil soles. \u201cLamentablemente eso no investiga la fiscal de Julc\u00e1n\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tratamos de comunicarnos en reiteradas oportunidades con el burgomaestre Jhon Rodr\u00edguez, pero no contest\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>La Libertad.
