Adem\u00e1s del\u00a0coordinador del Programa Accede, Ar\u00edstides Tejada Arana, Rosa Amelia Vera Mel\u00e9ndez y\u00a0Augusto Ruidiaz Farf\u00e1n del consejo apertura del Poder Judicial y el alcalde Pa\u00fal Rodr\u00edguez Armas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos enfrentando este problema con cifras alarmantes porque el 40 % de los j\u00f3venes que purgan condena en La Floresta de Trujillo son del distrito de El Porvenir y es una gran preocupaci\u00f3n para nosotros que desde hace dos a\u00f1os hemos implementado pol\u00edticas medio abierta para que puedan ser resocializados y reinsertados a la sociedad.
