Comercio y Producci\u00f3n de La Libertad (CCPLL), a trav\u00e9s de su Comit\u00e9 Gremial de Turismo, y la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo lanzaron en conferencia de prensa el II Festival Gastron\u00f3mico \u201cSabores de Trujillo\u201d, a realizarse el viernes 19 de agosto del presente a\u00f1o, a partir de las 10:00 a.m. en la Plazuela el Recreo, ubicada en el jir\u00f3n Pizarro cuadra 9.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de este certamen es revalorar y difundir las bondades de la gastronom\u00eda trujillana, recuperando recetas t\u00edpicas e incentivando la creatividad en la preparaci\u00f3n de platos \u201cfusi\u00f3n\u201d aprovechando la gran variedad de insumos de nuestra provincia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGracias a este evento fomentaremos en la poblaci\u00f3n trujillana y en los empresarios la importancia de conservar nuestra gastronom\u00eda adem\u00e1s de crear una nueva cocina con base en la tradicional para ofrecerla a nuestros visitantes como un producto tur\u00edstico competitivo\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la presidenta del Comit\u00e9 Gremial de Turismo de la CCPLL, Maruja Neciosup de Prevost.<\/p>\n<p>Los interesados en participar en el festival con un
