Seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n policial, Eiser Ulloa Cruzado (33), quien se dedica a trabajar como mototaxista, recogi\u00f3 como pasajera a la menor de iniciales M.J.R.A. (13); pero lejos de llevarla a su destino, la traslad\u00f3 a un paraje oscuro donde empez\u00f3 a tocarla.<\/p>\n<p>Oportunamente, agentes que patrullaban por el lugar se percataron que una mototaxi se encontraba en una zona oscura en el sector Chinchaysuyo, frente a una losa deportiva. Al acercarse vieron que el mototaxista sal\u00eda de la parte trasera de la unidad donde hab\u00eda estado tocando a la ni\u00f1a.
