De acuerdo a la resoluci\u00f3n firmada por el juez Juan Carlos S\u00e1nchez, el requerimiento contra\u00a0Atala, quien\u00a0fue directivo de la empresa estatal durante el segundo gobierno del expresidente\u00a0Alan Garc\u00eda, ser\u00e1 revisado el pr\u00f3ximo martes por el\u00a0Segundo Juzgado Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n Preparatoria.<\/p>\n<p>Atala Herrera es investigado por el\u00a0Segundo Despacho de la Fiscal\u00eda Supraprovincial Corporativa Especializada en delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n de Funcionarios\u00a0por la\u00a0<strong>comisi\u00f3n del presunto delito de lavado de activos<\/strong>.\u00a0 La audiencia de Atala se llevar\u00e1 acabo el\u00a0pr\u00f3ximo 16 de octubre a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana.\u00a0De acuerdo a una investigaci\u00f3n publicada en el diario El Pa\u00eds de Espa\u00f1a, Atala, quien es exvicepresidente de Petroper\u00fa durante la segunda administraci\u00f3n de Garc\u00eda P\u00e9rez,\u00a0recibi\u00f3 de Odebrecht \u00abun total de 1,3 millones de d\u00f3lares\u00bb.\u00a0Estos pagos, se\u00f1ala la investigaci\u00f3n, se hicieron a traves de la Banca Privada D&#8217;Andorra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>El\u00a0Poder Judicial\u00a0dispuso este s\u00e1bado la\u00a0orden de impedimento de salida\u00a0contra el exvicepresidente de\u00a0Petroper\u00fa\u00a0Miguel Atala, quien viene siendo investigado por haber\u00a0recibido presuntos aportes de la constructora\u00a0brasile\u00f1a\u00a0Odebrecht.
